Getting started on this. For those interested, the website is live, and I'm pushing changes daily. However, it is no where near functional, or ready for prime time. So I won't publish the link yet. If you just want to check out the progress over time, and are open to having your budget potentially explode if you open it, ping me and I'll shoot you the link. It is easily guessable, though :)

Working up the spec now. Thinking this will be a very minimal version that will give you guys the opportunity to request features for web as well. I think we'll handle the basics, viewing and editing transactions and category budgets.
